At Brunettesglam, we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury wigs. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our highest standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and our commitment to ensuring a fair and transparent process.
- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and hygiene seals intact.
• Be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, washed, or altered in any way.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email support@buybrunetteswigs.com with the following details:
• Your order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back.
Please do not send any returns without prior authorisation.
- Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
• In cases of faulty or incorrect items, Brunettesglam will cover all reasonable return postage costs. - Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. - Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange for another style, colour, or size (subject to availability).
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate your preference when requesting your Return Authorisation Number.
Any price difference will be charged or refunded as appropriate. - Faulty or Damaged Items
If your wig arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund once the fault is verified.
This policy does not cover damage caused by:
• Misuse or improper care
• Attempted repairs or alterations
• Normal wear and tear - Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations are subject to the return process outlined above. - Custom or Made-to-Order Wigs
Custom-made or bespoke wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
